Images and Styles in a Document

➥ Images enhance the visual appeal and clarity of a document.
➥ They can be inserted from files, clipboards, or online sources.
➥ Images help explain data, concepts, or add creativity to your content.
📥 Inserting Images/Graphics from Various Sources
➥ Insert images via: Insert → Image → From File.
➥ You can also paste from clipboard (Ctrl+V).
➥ Images can come from system files, screenshots, online sources, or gallery tools.
⚙️ Properties of Drawing Objects and Images
➥ You can set line style, color, transparency, shadow, and more.
➥ Wrapping and anchoring options are available.
➥ Set image alignment (left, right, center) and margins.
✂️ Modifying, Resizing, and Cropping
➥ Resize using corner handles while holding Shift for aspect ratio.
➥ Crop using right-click → Crop to remove unwanted parts.
➥ Right-click → Properties lets you modify size and position precisely.
🧩 Grouping Drawing Objects
➥ Select multiple objects while holding Shift.
➥ Right-click → Group to group them into a single unit.
➥ Grouped items can be moved, resized, or modified together.
🗑️ Deleting Images/Drawing Objects
➥ Click on the object and press Delete key.
➥ You can also right-click → Cut or select and use Backspace.
➥ Deleting removes the image from the document permanently.
📍 Positioning the Image in the Text
➥ Use anchor options: To Page, To Paragraph, To Character.
➥ Wrap text around the image using Wrap options: Page Wrap, Optimal Page Wrap.
